Objective
The Y recently made significant upgrades to its facilities, making it a regional leader with its impressive aquatics facilities, overall improved building and offerings to members. With that, one of the Y's goals was to build a digital presence that matched the level of their physical one.
The Ys website was more than a decade old. By encouraging organizational processes toward new digital and current operations, we built new online functionality, changed platforms to better suit their needs, and worked within YMCA brand guidelines, crafting a 40+ page website with a current design. The design was driven by color and by using faces and emotion through photography to display community. Finally, organizing content and the great variety of YMCA offerings in a concise way.
